Choosing a grass fence: height, color and size
We mass-produce grass fence at our facility in Bolluca, Arnavutköy, Istanbul. Height is the first decision.
- 100 cm Grass Fence: balcony railings and wire on top of low garden walls.
- 120 cm Grass Fence: eye level of someone sitting in a garden or on a terrace.
- 150 cm Grass Fence: side and back garden boundaries.
- 200 cm Grass Fence: places where the view of a standing adult must also be blocked.
- Custom Size Grass Fence: stepped terrain, long frontages and non-standard wall heights.
- Anthracite Grass Fence and Colored Grass Fence: matching gray facades or separating areas by color.
- Green Wall Fence: covering concrete walls and old wire fences.
- Leaf Grass Fence: a separate, hedge-look model that carries artificial leaves instead of grass fibers.
Grass fence mesh size, roll calculation and posts
The narrower the mesh opening of a grass fence, the denser the grass texture and the less you can see through it. Where full screening is wanted, such as neighbor boundaries and wall covering, choose the narrowest mesh; the options are listed in each product's Technical Specifications.
To find the number of rolls, divide the line length by the roll length and round up; note corners and gate openings separately. A grass fence forms a closed surface, and the wind load is carried by the posts it is fixed to. Before installing, check that the posts are sturdy and not spaced too far apart.

How do I choose the height of a grass fence?
Choose 100 cm for balcony railings and low walls, 120 cm for the eye level of a seated person, 150 cm to screen a seated person at a garden boundary and 200 cm to block the view of a standing adult. Custom Size Grass Fence is produced for in-between sizes.
What surfaces is a grass fence attached to?
It is tied to a panel fence, wire fence, balcony railing or the wire on top of a wall. To cover the face of a concrete wall, Green Wall Fence is used.
Does a grass fence need watering or mowing?
No, a grass fence needs no watering or mowing.
