150 cm Grass Fence hides seated people and playing children from view along side and back garden boundaries. It is made of galvanized steel wire and synthetic grass fibers. One roll is 10 meters long.

150 cm Grass Fence is used along side and back garden boundaries shared with a neighbor. It keeps a seated adult and playing children out of view from outside. For a standing adult, you need 200 cm Grass Fence.

Türkiye's Planned Areas Zoning Regulation states that garden walls set back from the street facade must not exceed 1.5 meters. A fence 150 cm high stays within this limit. The rule is different for the front garden on the street side; 100 cm Grass Fence is a better fit there. If your municipality's plan notes say otherwise, those apply.

Rolls and mesh size for 150 cm grass fence

One roll covers 15 m². A 41-meter side and back boundary needs 5 rolls. Along a neighbor's boundary, 42x42 mm gives a denser texture. The roll calculation method and post checks are on the grass fence page.

150 cm grass fence on sloping ground

On sloping ground, the fence is installed in steps rather than as a single straight line. The regulation also requires garden walls on sloping ground to be stepped at the top. Measure the length and height difference of each step and send them to us. If needed, we produce to custom dimensions.

Around a pool, it hides the swimming area from the windows of neighboring houses. The fence is not a safety barrier that keeps children and pets from getting out; that job belongs to the supporting fence itself.

How does 150 cm Grass Fence work?

Synthetic grass fibers attached to a galvanized steel wire carrier form a closed surface once the roll is unrolled. The fence attaches to an existing wire fence or panel fence. The taller it is, the greater the wind load on the fence; that load is transferred to the posts.

Using and installing 150 cm Grass Fence

  1. Measure the boundary

    Measure the length of the side and back boundary. On sloping ground, note the length and height difference of each step separately.

  2. Work out the rolls

    Divide the total length by the roll length and round up. A 41-meter boundary needs 5 rolls.

  3. Check the posts

    At 150 cm, the wind load increases. Make sure the existing posts are solid and closely enough spaced.

  4. Tie and tighten

    Unroll the fence along the inner face of the existing fence, pull it tight and secure it with wire ties.

    ISO 4892-2 UV aging test report (grass fence PVC strip)

    The green PVC roll strip was exposed to 672 hours of UV aging with a xenon arc lamp according to ISO 4892-2:2013. After the test, color change was measured as 5-4 on the gray scale (5 = no change), and no brittleness or cracking was observed. The test was carried out on a raw material sample (green PVC roll strip) of the PVC strip used in our grass fences, on behalf of our raw material supplier; it is not a test of the finished fence system. Frequently Asked Questions

Does 150 cm grass fence hide a standing person?

Not completely. It hides seated adults and children; a standing adult's head may stay above the fence. For that, 200 cm is a better fit.

Can I use 150 cm in the front garden?

Türkiye's Planned Areas Zoning Regulation limits the garden wall in front of the street facade to 0.50 meters and the railing on top of it to 1.00 meter. 150 cm is mainly for side and back boundaries. We recommend checking your municipality's plan notes.

My land slopes. How is it installed?

The fence is installed in steps. Send us the length and height difference of each step; if needed, we produce to custom dimensions.

How many square meters is one roll?

One roll is 10 meters long and 150 cm high; it covers 15 m².

Are my existing posts strong enough?

Because the fence forms a closed surface, the wind load is transferred to the posts. If the posts are bent or widely spaced, we recommend reinforcing them first.
