Multicolored slate
Rainbow Slate Stone is for anyone who wants color variation in a landscape instead of a single-color stone. Gray, anthracite, brown and rust tones run through the same piece as veins. It is used to add color accents in front of walls, in flower beds and on planting islands. Slate is a layered metamorphic rock. Sizes range from 10 to 40 cm.
Where is Rainbow Slate used?
Multicolored stone looks better on a plain background. Instead of covering the whole garden with this stone, use it to highlight a corner, a planting island or a section of a dry creek. The stone's tones darken when wet, so its look changes beside a water feature. Mixing darker and lighter pieces as you lay them gives a balanced look. If color matters, ask for a sample before ordering. When you ask for a sample, also tell us where you will use the stone.
For single-tone, large slate pieces, see Slate Stone; for pieces with softened edges, see Tumbled Slate Stone; and for a light-colored base gravel, see Dolomite Pebble Stone. For a quote, reach us through our contact page.
