Screening a panel fence without removing it
PP Fence Privacy Strip is a polypropylene (PP) strip woven into the mesh of an existing panel fence. A panel fence marks the boundary, but you can see through it; the woven strip closes the mesh and hides what is behind the fence. There is no need to remove the fence or set new posts.
Size, colors and package
The strip is 19 cm wide and the roll length is 26 m; the strip is sold in rolls. Colors are RAL 7016 anthracite gray and RAL 6005 green, the same as the stock colors of our panel fences. The clips that secure the strip ends are included in the package.
Starting from one end of the panel, the strip is threaded through the mesh and kept taut; the ends are secured with clips and the excess is cut off. For a quote, send us your fence dimensions; the number of rolls you need is based on them.
Strip or grass fence?
Both screen what is behind a panel fence. The strip gives a flat, lined surface. Those who want a green, natural texture in the garden attach grass fence to the inner face of the panel; for options, see the 120 cm Grass Fence and 150 cm Grass Fence pages. If you are building a new fence, Louvered Fence Systems are also worth a look.
Post checks for a fence with a closed surface are explained on the panel fence page. For a quote, send us your fence dimensions and the color you want through our contact page.
