Water flowing over a spherical stone
Ball Fountain Stone is a water feature for those who want the sound and movement of water in a garden or courtyard. Water flows over the surface of the spherical stone and spreads around it. It creates a focal point even in a small space; it is used at hotel and cafe entrances, in winter gardens and beside pools. The stone measures 50 cm.
Before installing a Ball Fountain
In this type of water feature, water collects in a reservoir under the stone and is pumped back up to the stone. The top of the reservoir is usually covered with gravel. The pump needs a nearby grounded outlet suitable for outdoor use; have an electrician make the electrical connection. Keep an eye on leaves falling into the reservoir and on water lost to evaporation. If you place the stone under a tree, more leaves will fall into the reservoir, so choose an open spot. After installation, adjust the flow so the water spreads evenly over all sides of the stone. We will confirm in the quote whether the pump, reservoir and pipe connection are included.
To cover the top of the reservoir, see Basalt Natural Stone or Dolomite Pebble Stone; for an upright stone beside the water, see Monolith Stone. For a quote, send us the installation location and the electrical situation through our contact page.
